Passion

Passion Pushes you all the way. Do you have Passion ?

Passion is life's most powerful force. By sexual passion we were conceived. By motherly passion we were bore, birthed, and brought through the womb.
It is something deeply felt, contagious, and capable of being transferred.
Your passion arouses in you unquenchable fire and deep desire. Passion propels you forward against all odds and obstacles, enabling you to conquer your circumstances.
Passion is a powerful emotion manifested in many ways. Love is a captivating and intoxicating emotion that flows from a place of passion. Joy often comes from life's victories and successes, which without you might be filled with sorrow and despair. Passion takes you through life's hills and valleys, highs and lows, and glories and gremlins. Hatred is another form of passion that compels you to take action to change the status quo, realizing what you tolerate will continue to dominate. Anger and frustration are the fathers to progress, the foundation of which is passion.
A person with passion is expressive, intensely feels, fervently articulates, and adventurously journeys into the unknown to create his world. Passion is accompanied with enthusiasm, devotion, and a dedication to endure unto fruition. A passionate individual is zealous to live their dreams, apply themselves wholeheartedly, defy any obstacle aggressively, and grow progressively as they live purposefully.
By passion people throughout the world have been liberated from oppressors, birthed new nations founded upon freedom, and empowered people to economically thrive. Passion has been the lifeblood of politics, national debates, and public discourse.
The reformation, recognizing of women's rights, and emancipation proclamation all were brought about because of passionate people who vehemently and fiercely fought for individuals basic human rights. Passion burned in their bellies as it does ours. Fiery hot and full of faith, they followed their inner urges, listened to their inner inclinations, and heeded their inner impressions. Refusing to take no for an answer, they revolutionized their world.
You too can change your world if you will hearken to and harness your own individual passion. Your passion will test you, as it did Jesus who died on the cross for the salvation of mankind. When seemingly all hope was lost, He arose victoriously from the dead and ascended from the grave. No matter your present circumstance and perception of reality, you too can rise above all and magnificently fulfill your destiny.
Transcend what dwarfs, diminishes, and demeans. Let your passion lead the way to living your dreams!

Unforgiveness is like cancer in yo body

Luke 11v4, Gen37-41, 2Kings2v19, Psa 34v15, 1Pet 3v12,

Going through the Lord's Prayer there is a part which says, "Forgive us our sins just as we forgive those who sin against us", and it's really amazing how many people recite this prayer daily and still not adhere to this part. We have people carrying burdens of unforgiveness based on whatever experiences that life threw in their way. And it works this way, when you hold something against someone, that person is bound to you. You have your hold on that individual and they can't go anywhere and neither can you. You are just two thieves handcuffed together because of the hold of unforgiveness.

So you will find that whatever you wish to happen to those people seems to affect you too because you have a hold on them. But the day you decide to let go the cuffs will remain on them but you yourself will be free. Because they wronged you and still you forgave them God will judge between you and them. So forgive and be free. Don't carry bitterness because people did certain things to you or abused you. Whatever is meant for evil in our lives God always brings good out of it Joseph is a good example (Gen 37-41). God uses all that we have been through for His glory because it's through those life's circumstances that we see God fighting on our behalf and then bringing us to glory realms.

Jesus at the point of death (Luke23v34), prayed saying forgive them father for they do not know what they are doing. But if we are to get caught up in a similar situation most of us will scream the popular line "you shall see". Many have been hurt especially in relationships and families. Loved ones who once said for better and for worse do hurt each other more than a terrorist can. And we have men and women bitter inside, loaded with unforgiveness. They still hold on to the abuse, they still hold on to the past experience even if, it happened 30 years back they still carry a detailed picture of how it all went down.

What we don't realize is that we will be inflicting a double punishment on ourselves. We went through the trauma of the experience and we still carry bitterness because of unforgiveness. In the book of Kings (2King2v19) the bible says the waters were bitter such that no one could drink from it even the land was barren because of the bitter water. When you carry unforgiveness, when you are bitter it can be hard for yourself to be productive in life.

Have we not heard of people who after a break up spend weeks in bed mourning? Have we not seen how people fail to feel the taste of food because of pain someone afflicted on them? It's not for us to question the wisdom of God and why certain things happen unto us. What you simply have to understand is that you need not hold on to the pain just let it go. Forgive them, forgive those who persecute you, forgive those who abuse you. The bible says God created the eyes and behold He sees, He created the ears and behold He hears, His eyes run to and from seeking to help those that love Him (2Chor16v9). That what's God can do for us all we need to do is forgive them. Unforgiveness is not our portion.

Our Weapons are not canal.

Revelation 12vs7:And there was war in heaven;Micheal and his angels fought
against the Dragon;and the Dragon fought and his angels,

They are forces of darkness that are hindering success; they are frustrating
your advancement .We all have a battle at our hands. The Bible says our weapons
are not carnal, there is no victory without a fight, the devil was a High
ranking angel who opposed God, Arch Angel Michael led other Angels in fighting
the devil and fought him off.
-Sometimes you have to take the fight to the opponent,
-They are things that seem to affect you; it is because the devil is fighting
you
-The devil Isolates you then attacks you
-We need to change our attitude
-we need to be among Christians, attend fellowships and be part of a church
Cell meetings, bible study
-Commitment is key
Victory should be celebrated (vs. 9 -12) we need to celebrate people and
occasions
How To Fight
-You fight through warfare
-Fight by fasting
-By giving sacrificially
When you give your life to God and let him reign in your life you will become an
overcomer,In this year of fruitifuness God will make you successiful he will
fight all your battles.

You reap wat you sow

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will
reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the
Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good,
for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Everyday with Jesus. Wildernes Moments

Luke 4:1-13.
In Luke 4v1-13 we find Jesus "led by the Spirit in the wilderness," where he was tempted by the devil." The Biblical concept of "wilderness" is different from what we usually think of when we talk about "wilderness." Biblically, "wilderness" is not "a wild, wonderful, beautiful, unspoiled place" where you can enjoy the splendor of nature, untouched by human hands." When it says that Jesus was led by the Spirit "into the wilderness", it does not mean that the Spirit was bringing Jesus on a back-to-nature kind of vacation.

Biblical "wilderness" refers to the times in life when we are confronted with trials and difficulties and challenges; when life gets complicated, and we don't know where to turn. When everything around us seems to be against us; when life feels hopeless, and disheartening. Wilderness is: being unemployed; not able to find a decent job. Wilderness is: an illness, that doesn't seem to get better. Wilderness is: a relationship where the love seems to be gone, and you can't seem to get the joy, the respect, the tenderness back into the relationship. Wilderness is: when a job brings no joy or fulfillment, and no prospect of it ever getting better. Wilderness is: being stuck in a situation where you can't exercise the ability to chose. Wilderness is: feeling sad or hopeless, and not knowing why, or what to do about it. A Biblical wilderness is: feeling as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders, and you have no way of getting out from under it.

So what is wilderness for you? What are the things that make you feel strung out and alone? What are the trials that drive you to despair and hopelessness? What are the complications that frustrate you, and cause you to doubt God, yourself, and others? So when facing 'a wilderness' in life, and the temptations that come with it, what do you do? What Jesus did, will come as no surprise, He prayed. And that is, I believe, at the heart of what Jesus was doing as he struggled, and wrestled in the "wilderness" for forty days, He PRAYED. Every answer, every insight that Jesus had, came not from within himself, but from the fact that he was a student of the scripture that he had been raised in.

My friends, God does answer prayer, but prayer is not magic. Prayer is not us telling God what to do and even if we ask with the proper intensity and sincerity, God will give us what we want. No. Prayer is the seeking of a wisdom, an insight that is deeper than what we presently have. If I think I have all the wisdom and insight I'll ever need in life, for everything I will face, then, I don't pray. There's no point because I already know all the answers. If I've got the answer, I don't need to waste my time or God's, by praying.

But, if I am in a wilderness place, and don't know where to turn, God is there, not necessarily with quick and easy answers, but God is there; offering us direction, and clarity, and meaning, and purpose, and hope, and joy, and fulfillment. And what we have to do in the process: is to listen. Actively listen, to the wisdom and insight of scripture, actively listen to that still small voice of God, that continues to be present. He promised never to leave us nor forsake us so we go through these moments in order for us to learn something and be disciplined such that ultimately we will depend only on God. These moments also never last forever so be encouraged today, make the right prayer when you find yourself in a wilderness and always stick to scriptures because people are around us will bring alternatives to you.

Wisdom

My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you,
turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding,
and if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and
if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden
treasure, then you will understand the fear of the LORD and find the
knowledge of God.

Everyday with Jesus

Nyasha Tendayi Mafukidze sent a message to the members of Everyday with Jesus.

--------------------
Subject: On blessings and gifts

Hosea 2v1-23, Ezekiel 16v1-63
Greetings, trust that I find you well and glowing in the glory of our awesome God to Him be all the glory now and forever more. From Hosea we hear of a serious state of affairs between God and His people. God ordered Hosea to marry a harlot so as to portray the state of affairs that existed between God and Israel (Hosea1v2). In Ezekiel 16 we read of how God had found Jerusalem naked and unattended to since birth and how He took her and nourished her and made her great and how she eventually turned against God by serving other gods even with the beauty, the gifts, the abilities that God had given to her.

Because she had forgotten where she got all her glamour and greatness from, God promised to take away all that He had given to her. Hosea1 V8-9 for she did not know that I gave her grain, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal. So I will return and take away my grain in its time and my wine in its season, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness. Its amazing, in life that God blesses each one of us in different ways with different gifts which then make room for us in different spheres of life, but we forget where our gifts come from. We forget that it's all about Jesus and never about us. We forget to use those abilities to forward the kingdom.

The kingdom of darkness works in direct opposite to the kingdom of light. All glory is due to God but what the devil then does is to create diversions just for us not to give God the glory. This explains why we have people who when they buy their first car they don't show up at church no more, we have husbands who after making their first profit they don't come home anymore, we have young people in church who are groomed in the church and the moment they turn pros they leave the church and use their gifts away from God.

Idolatry in its simplest terms is ascribing some form of worship to anything not God himself and in Hosea it's portrayed as fornication and harlotry. God found us naked and barren and He chose to love us even before we knew Him. He raised us up and placed us on firmer ground and took away our shame and our filthiness and crowned us with splendor and glory and after that we forsook Him. We went away from Him to serve other gods starting from the god called self to all the strange and foreign gods. God did not leave us but we left Him.

The word today is for someone who had let go of their believe in God, who had forsaken God for life's glamour and splendor, someone who has been busy fooling themselves thinking that it's about them, someone who has been using their gifts to glorify evil, someone who has been so busy with other things and forgetting how those things got to them in the first place. Its only destruction that awaits us if we are to live away from God, He loves us more than anything, He laid down the life of His only begotten so that you and I can be made whole and don't you think forsaking Him is more like spitting in His face.

A married man in his right senses cannot take his wife's salary to pay for a prostitute, but we have been bold enough to do that with what God gave to us. It's never too late with God He is a God of another chance and this is a reminder to put your life in order. God is good, kind, loving, compassionate etc but the bible also says He is a man of war and it's a dreadful thing to fall into the wrath of God. Look deep into your heart today, are you doing enough as compared to what God has done for you? Are you using what God blessed you with for His glory or for your glory?

Stay blessed

Just being Real.

Today I'm just highlighting a major concern in the body of Christ in this generation. Previously I talked about the need for us not to walk in ignorance especially about kingdom matters and even pointed out how the people in Berea in Acts 17v10-11 who after hearing a word would go research more on it to confirm its validity. Today we have allowed our busy schedules to rob us of the time we need to pay utmost attention to sermons and to what the bible say about some of the issues being preached on. Matt 24v24 and Mark 13v22 do talk of the coming in of false prophets who will show great signs and wonders and if possible even deceive the very elect.

And that's one area that is crippling the church. We are more inclined towards the gifts and not the giver, the healing and not the healer. We have taken too much comfort in blessings and miracles which don't however take us to heaven. We have been deceived and mind-tuned in such a way that we are running around looking for miracles. We talk a lot about ministers instead of meditating on what they minister. After life changing conferences our lives are not transformed because we don't focus on what was preached but rather on who was preached. I have been to conferences too and for a week or two people would be talking about the preacher who was on fire and never on what he was on fire about.

We lack people with an appetite for the word and the need to search the scriptures. Whatever a pastor says stands. That's why we are busy running with church doctrine, man-made heresies and unbiblical practices. Saints you have to understand that people in ministry enter due to different reasons, some are called of God, some call themselves into ministry mostly because of the benefits they can get as pastors. Pastoral office has suffered great abuse in this generation and we continue to thank God for ministers who are true to their callings. John 1v1 God is His own word and the bible says those who know their God shall do exploits. Those who don't know their God and His word shall be exploited.

We are living in the last days and the agents of the devil are already operating as ministers of the light. We have also been blinded by the different man-made systems running in churches. Whatever the ministers says goes and much harm has been done from the pulpit, most real dreams have been destroyed and fake ones established. Fake prophets are on the loose too and it takes a man and a woman who know the word inside out to figure out these impostors. So my request to you good people is that just as the bible admonishes us to pray for those in authority, let's take some time to pray for ministry leaders that we know of. Let's pray that their paths be led by God otherwise the flock will suffer. And as individuals let's desire to know the word for ourselves; the practice of opening bibles only on a Sunday morning in church should end really. There are much serious issues in the realm of the spirit and we need not be ignorant at all.
